Yaya, Africa’s Most Valuable In Europe

Manchester City and Cote D’Ivoire’s midfielder Yaya Toure has been named among the world’s most valuable players in Europe this summer.

Although the Elephants skipper is rated at number 43 among the finest footballers in Europe, he is the first in Africa ahead of Senegal’s Sadio Mane (51) who stars for Southampton in the English Premier League.

The 32-year-old is valued to be in the region of £25-27 million as he is number 43 in the world, meaning the most valued African in the whole wide world at present. In the Mail Online report, Chelsea forward Eden Hazard (£99-110m) is behind Barcelona’s Lionel Messi (£207m) who occupies the number one spot.

At number three is Real Madrid’s Christiano Ronaldo (£89-92m) who’s followed by Barca’s Neymar Junior (£66-73m) and at five is Toure’s teammate, Sergio Aguero (£57-63m), who hails from Argentina.
