Stoke Boss Loses Hope On Moses Hunt

Stoke boss Mark Hughes says Chelsea have decided to keep hold of Victor Moses and admits a move looks unlikely. Moses has struggled to make an impact at Stamford Bridge since arriving from Wigan Athletic in a big-money move and looked certain to be heading for the exit door.

While on loan at Stoke last season, the winger started to produce some of the form that convinced Chelsea to sign him in the first place, and it looks as though he may get another chance with the Blues.

That could all change before the transfer window closes, especially if Chelsea strengthen, but for now Hughes looks to have given up all hope of taking him for a second spell. “ I think Chelsea have taken a view that they would like to keep him,” he said.

“Of course, they may go into the market again and that might change that idea that they have. “He did really well for us last year despite some injuries but it looks like Victor could play a part for Chelsea this year.”
