CSKA Rewards Musa With 4-Year Deal

Nigeria international set to end his career in Russia after signing long term deal

Russian Club, CSKA Moscow, has rewarded Nigeria international, Ahmed Musa’s loyalty and dedication with a four-year deal, expected to expire at the end of 2018/19 season. Musa helped CSKA qualify for UEFA Champions league last weekend.

He joined the club in 2012, and has since then played 124 matches for Red-Blues, scoring 36 goals. General Director of CSKA, Roman Babaev, said after Musa put pen to paper that: “Negotiations went very smoothly. During the talks we were concentrating on technical details, as Musa’s intention to continue performing in Red-Blues shirt was obvious from the first day.

We are delighted that Ahmed prolonged his contract with the club. Musa won two Russian League titles, one Russian Cup and two Russian Super Cups.
