National Secretariat of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been sealed up by the men of the Nigerian Police Force.
The unusual presence of the Policemen cannot be explained but the pattern with which they cordoned off the Secretariat clearly indicated they were on instruction to secure the property.
Two heavy duty trucks were posted at both ends of Dalaba street, Michael Okpara and Algiers streets which sandwich to block both access to Dalaba street.
Also sealed up, alongside the secretariat are the Presidential Campaign office of the PDP also known as Legacy house and the Democratic Institute of the party.
It would be recalled that the party had been severed into three factions respectively led by Jerry Gana who heads the Concerned PDP Stakeholders Forum, sacked National Working Committee (NWC) led by Ali Modu Sheriff and the chairman of the cartaker committee of the party inaugurated by the nonelective convention, Sen. Ahmed Makarfi.
