We are cleaning the huge refuse dumps left by the immediate past administration with all key machinery of government reinvented to serve the people of Rivers State”. The governor who was represented by Nigeria’s Ambassador to South Korea, Ambassador Desmond Akawor assured that he would entrench good governance in the state after years of failed leadership.

He praised the leadership and members of the GDI for fighting for the enthronement of democracy in Rivers State, when they courageously worked for freedom of association and promotion of democratic rights in the face of impunity under the out gone administration.
