The Inter Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) has elected its new state executive committee in Plateau State to run the affairs of the office for the next one year.
Those elected are expected to adhere strictly to the requirements of confidentiality and to disclose confidential information only to those authorised to receive it.
They are also expected to clearly demonstrate impartiality and fairness to all voters, parties, candidates and their representatives and all stakeholders.
The election was conducted by Chief Sam Eke, who came from Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Abuja.
He charged the new executives to conduct their duties with professional courtesy and decorum and caution them to shun the pursuit of personal gain in the conduct of their duties and declare any conflict of interest where it may exist by making a declaration in writing.
Those elected to run the state executives include Chairman, George Ndu; vice chairman, Ahmed Sani; Pastor Ankara Umaru, Secretary; Assistant secretary, Abdul-Abdul.
