Worried by the frequent Explosion attacks and killings of innocent souls in parts of northern Nigeria, serving Senator, Shehu Sani has called on the Federal government to intensify effort to end Boko Haram insurgency.
He also donate #500,000 to assist those receiving treatment in the hospital during his visit to the hospital. According to the Senator representing Kaduna North Central Senatorial District, if those saddled with the responsible of ensuring safety of lives and property of Nigerian can’t do it, they should be shown way out.
Senator Sani who was at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital , Shika , Zaria , Kaduna to visit the affected victims of Sabon-gari local government Secretariat bomb blast told journalists that federal government must consider a better proactive option and measures to stop the bombers from “This nonsense” and cruel killings in parts of the north .
The Kaduna based human rights activist also maintained that the northern politicians, traditional rulers , religious leaders and other stakeholders must come together to fight Boko Haram insurgency once and for all.
While observing that a situation where people are no longer safe in their places of work, market, houses , motor parks mosques and churches is quite regrettable and worrisome , he said the spirit of Nigerians will never bow down to any form attacks or insurgency .
