Glo Laffta Fest Storms Anyingba, As Ikeja Hosts Psquare At Glo Slide ‘n’ Bounce-Original.

Globacom’s popular music and comedy shows will be staged in Ikeja in Lagos State and the university town of Anyingba, Kogi State, this week.

The company said in a statement that the comedy show, Glo Laffta Fest, will be held on Thursday, October, 29 at Anyingba, while Ikeja will play host to the music concert, Slide ‘n’ Bounce, on Saturday, October 31. Anyingba, generally regarded as the heart of Igalaland in kogi State, will be the first town in the North Central to
host either of the two shows.

Globacom explained that for the Ikeja concert, Glo subscribers in the neighbourhood who have used up to N2,000 and above in the last one month will be able to attend the event which will take place at the Water Parks Hotel. It added that the trio of Korede Bello, Burna Boy and PSquare have been billed to entertain them.

For the Laffta Fest show in Anyingba, all Glo subscribers who have used up to N3,000 and above in the  last one month will have the opportunity of watching humour merchants such as I Go Dye, Gordons, I Go Save, Bash, Still Ringing, Acapalla, Osama and klint D Drunk perform live at the Ali Obaje Auditorium of the Kogi State University, Anyingba.

The duo of Reekado Banks and Burna Boy will augment the comedy show with scintillating music. “We are continuing with the entertainment of our subscribers across key cities of Nigeria this weekend with our flagship shows, the Glo Slide “N” Bounce and the Glo Laffta Fest in Ikeja and Anyingba. The feedback from across the cities where the shows had held before now, has been encouraging and we are delighted to know that our subscribers are happy.
